Are care plans required?
No. Every project ends with a working site you fully own. Care plans are optional, and most clients pick one because it removes the hassle of hosting, backups, and edits.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Care plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time and we'll help you move your site to your own hosting if you want.
What counts as a 'small fix'?
Anything under about 30 minutes: broken link, contact info update, image swap, fixing something that stopped working. Larger work (new pages, new sections) is quoted separately.
What if I need more than the plan covers?
We quote bigger work as a small project. Care plan clients always get priority and a discounted hourly rate.
