Luxury chauffeur service

VIP Blacklane

A first-class chauffeur site with instant quotes and a driver-application portal, built around a premium Black SUV fleet.

The brief

VIP Blacklane wanted to look like the high end of the chauffeur market, not a rideshare clone. The brief was two-sided: convert affluent riders with a fast, trustworthy booking flow, and recruit professional drivers through a serious application portal, all wrapped in a dark, premium identity that reads as first-class on a phone at the curb.

Chapter · 01

A first-class feel, on the curb

Luxury transport lives or dies on first impression, and that impression is almost always made on a phone. We built the identity dark and cinematic, with deep blacks, a single confident red, and full-bleed imagery of the Black SUV fleet, so the site feels like the back seat of the car it sells.

The hero states the promise plainly, Your journey, our commitment, over a night-lit cityscape, with one primary action: book your ride. Trust markers (safe, on-time, reliable) sit just beneath, where a rider's eye lands after the headline.

The site feels like the back seat of the car it sells.

Chapter · 02

Booking that earns the premium

The booking flow is a five-step path, from details and vehicle to account, review, and payment, that toggles between airport transfer and hourly at the top. Airport mode pulls a flight number and tracks arrival, so the chauffeur is waiting whether the flight is early or late, with fifteen minutes of complimentary wait built in.

Quotes are flat and shown up front. No surge, no guessing, just a single clear number before any commitment, which is exactly what the affluent rider expects and the rideshare apps refuse to give.

Chapter · 03

Recruiting drivers like a fleet, not a gig

The other half of the business is supply. The driver-application portal treats prospective chauffeurs as professionals: a structured form for personal details, then a documents stage for license, registration, commercial insurance, and business license, each uploaded, compressed, and queued for review.

Framing the application as serious paperwork rather than a casual sign-up filters for the caliber of driver the brand depends on, and gives the operator a clean pipeline to vet before anyone gets behind the wheel.

Built mobile-first

How it feels in the hand.

Most visitors arrive on a phone, so that is where the design starts. Every screen is laid out for one thumb and a quick decision.

Outcome

VIP Blacklane launched with a site that finally matched the price point. Riders get a flat quote and a tracked pickup in a handful of taps, and the operator gets a steady stream of vetted driver applications through the portal. The dark, fleet-led identity now reads as a clear step above the rideshare alternatives it competes with for the same airport runs.
